None because I don't speak bad things like that into my life.I have enough to worry about.
7/25/2008 10:22:54 AM
everyone dies somehow, dnl.
7/25/2008 10:23:29 AM
none, reallyi tan easily and don't really burn, but skin cancer is a possibility, since i end up pretty dark (without tanning) by the end of each summer*shrug*
7/25/2008 10:23:38 AM
lung cancer because both my parents smoked all through my childhood and both still smokeskin cancer because when i spend a lot of time fishing/outdoors and i used to not wear sunscreen. i'm pretty good about using some 30/35 spf now.[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 10:25 AM. Reason : like, they smoked/smoke HARD. and they never go outside to smoke.]
7/25/2008 10:24:24 AM
You realize you can get lung cancer before you turn 30?
7/25/2008 10:25:19 AM
I have no genetic predisposition to any types of cancer, although I do dip so I guess mouth/throat cancer is a possibility. I am more worried about my heart. Both me and my oldest sister have high blood pressure, and mine was stage 2 hypertension last time I went to the Dr. My dad had quadruple bypass at age 60.
7/25/2008 10:27:56 AM
I'm not worried about any based on my lifestyle, but breast cancer seems to hit a lot of people
7/25/2008 10:29:59 AM
can you get cancer from having an abnormally large penis?if so, I'm afraid of getting that kind of cancer
7/25/2008 10:32:10 AM
i have cancer on both sides of my family so i should be worried, but i don't let it plague my mind. my dad has had cancer twice with them being two different kinds instead of the same cancer resurfacing/growing--sucko. my maternal grandmother has had breast cancer twice, and my paternal grandmother has had ovarian cancer. i have fibrocystic breasts which means i'm more likely to have breast cancer, but i got my HPV vaccine so hopefully that will reduce my chance for ovarian cancer but i only "worry" about skin cancer b/c i have a lot of moles on my back. i've had them forever, and i just keep an eye on them to make sure they aren't growing funny or changing colors. and i'm pretty conscious about wearing sunscreen.and i got Aflac Cancer insurance so if shit was to hit the fan i'm covered! Smoking increases you risk of cancer for about 20 years after you quit. If you think no one gets cancer before 50, then keep it up. If you change your mind I can get you some of the nicotine gum on the cheap.
7/25/2008 10:49:37 AM
I had a scare a couple weeks ago about a lump on my chest. I thought It was a tumor or I was one of the few men to contract breast cancer. Fortunately it turned out to be a harmless cyst.
7/25/2008 10:53:09 AM
ovarian, big time
7/25/2008 10:54:12 AM
i dont worry about shit like cancer[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 10:54 AM. Reason : f]

7/25/2008 11:17:38 AM
I guess I can understand it if it's coming at you from both sides of your family. That's not something I can relate to, because I don't know my family medical history and don't really want to.
7/25/2008 11:24:25 AM
skin cancer b/c it runs in my family. dad had melanoma and mom had basal & squamous cell carcinoma.kidney cancer b/c my grandma was recently diagnosed with a very rare type.pancreatic cancer b/c my grandpa died of it when i was 3 months old.
7/25/2008 11:26:31 AM
aapriors family has a lot of history of brain cancer

7/25/2008 11:31:55 AM
^^lol that one was lame...the first one was good thoughback to the topic though^is prostate really deadly or easy to cure?[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 11:34 AM. Reason : .]
7/25/2008 11:33:26 AM
you usually die from just being old before the prostate cancer actually kills you
7/25/2008 11:36:27 AM
What was lame?
7/25/2008 11:37:26 AM
Prostate cancer has a 98% recovery rate or something like that. It's annoying and sucks, but normally not life threatening.
7/25/2008 11:38:07 AM
Yeah my dad was was "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!" when he found out but since realized that it was pretty easy to deal withIf you have surgery they rip it out Kano style and you can bust a nut for the rest of your life So he's getting proton beams shot at it at this center down in Jacksonville Pose to be like a 95 percent recovery rate so he's not too worried about it now
7/25/2008 11:39:51 AM
^^but there are problems after such as impotency and urinary incontinence which frustrate many men afterwardsthat's the cancer my dad currently is treating. he's still recovering from his prostate removal.^there is still a chance of impotency and urinary incontinence with radiation treatment as well. as far as prostate surgery, there is a robotic procedure which isn't as invasive as the radical prostate removal. it reduces the chance of either long term side effect.point is, while prostate cancer probably won't kill you b/c it is such a slow growing cancer, there's side effects from treating it.[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 11:50 AM. 7/25/2008 11:45:59 AM
uhh, all of them? Why would I not be worried about any particular cancer?
7/25/2008 11:46:03 AM
^^^can or cant? not being able to have an orgasm would be lame
7/25/2008 11:46:49 AM
i'm actually not worried about getting any types of cancersi'm not the portrait of perfect health, but i don't smoke or live near power lines
7/25/2008 11:48:47 AM
7/25/2008 11:49:54 AM
Yeah, it can cause bad side effects but it's still way better than uterine or ovarian cancer as far as outcomes go.
7/25/2008 11:50:27 AM
^^thank you...some fucking common sense...
7/25/2008 11:51:25 AM
tell that to my dad
7/25/2008 11:52:19 AM
just because it doesn't happen to one person doesn't mean it can't happen
7/25/2008 11:53:11 AM
Yeah, I would if I met him.If ANY female reproductive system cancer had anything close to a 95% recovery rate it'd be different. But they do not.
7/25/2008 11:54:49 AM
good question, the only cancer in my family is smoking related.... and i don't smoke sooooo.....pancreatic? mostly b/c you're pretty much dead from it~3% survival rate
7/25/2008 11:55:15 AM
7/25/2008 11:59:42 AM
yeah these people that complain about smoking should come walk downtown for like 5 minutes and see how many 50+ people still puff away like it doesnt matterencourages me not to quit
7/25/2008 12:00:47 PM
still doesn't mean it couldn't happen mani've seen 80 yr old people who have been smoking since they were a teenager who don't have cancer. that doesn't mean it's safe.
7/25/2008 12:01:44 PM
lol lets just say i'll take my chances
7/25/2008 12:02:15 PM
im not gonna say it doesnt matter at older ages, and im not saying it doesnt hurt now. hell, no matter if i never smoke again i'm sure my lungs are fucked. but they made it to 30.
7/25/2008 12:03:02 PM
i just wish they'd outlaw it in public places^correct. your lungs made it to 30 given your circumstances. other folks may not be as lucky. maybe a slim chance, but is it slim enough that someone would wanna chance their life on it? apparently so. that or everyone is just misinformed.[Edited on July 25, 2008 at 12:05 PM. Reason : blah]
7/25/2008 12:03:31 PM
like outside even or just inside at public places?
