My lease is up soon, so I am looking for a place to live and hopefully someone to share the costs of living. I would prefer to stay on the southside (ie, Kaplan, Brent Rd...etc) of university to balance the distance of where I work and school.

I am hoping to sign a year lease because I only have one more year of school left. I work full time and go to school part time, so I am not home too often. I do have an Australian Cattle Dog, but he loves people and is a non-aggressive dog.

I don't really want to spend more than $450 in rent and utilities per month...
