Going to the beach on Sunday and I want to get as toned as possible before that. Any suggestions???

fast, hardly any water the day before, work out every day hardyou'll feel terrible tho, you might look halfway better, not really, but youre gonna feel absolutely terriblego on the cabbage soup diet.

When I did a 9 day hiking gig in the mountains on Outward Bound I came back toned as fuck...but I was already in good shape, so its hard to tell how much it helped. Strenuous activity all day (running, hiking, lifting, whatever) with drinking lots of water and eating enough to get you by would help, but you aren't going to do it, so why bother?

All you could really hope to lose in 7 days would be water. Dehydrated people look just as bad/worse than overweight people. Might as well just eat right and have a healthy glow or something.

Get some self-confidence based on something other than what people think of you.You will look far better that way than 7 days worth of toning.

dude just go and do your thing...i use to be all self conscious that i wasnt "toned" enough, but then you go to the pool and you realize you are still the hottest guy there(no homo) or that everyone "wishes" they were more toned...just go and have fun

I know... it helps to shift weight around... thats the goal.I'm 6'1", 192 as of yesterday... but i have a shape that isn't what the typical 6'1" 192 person would have.

with only seven days all you can do is try to lose the water weight. Get some diuretics and drink lots of water. You can also stop eating salt for a week. Another way that some bodybuilders lose water weight is by drinking a case of diet coke a day leading up to a competition. The caffiene is a diuretic. Btw, this is very unhealthy.

if you want to be an attention whore on the beach, learn how to do back hand springs or backflips...you're probably more likely to master that in 7 days
