maybe because "The Dollhouse" is a famous national club, and even though some hucklebucks from NC thought by changing the one word the "Thee" that they could avoid trademark law, it still caught up to them?

"Thee Dollhouse" was purchased by a company which owns these sort of establishments through out the country. Then they changed the name to sound more "upscale".
