I don't like to blow money...I just like to eat good food and drink good wine. If that means dropping over a hundred on a date...then so be it. I'm not doing it to impress the girl...I'm doing it because I usually love the place we're eating at and I want to share that place with someone that I'm interested in.

That being said...I still don't usually hit up the real nice places for the first date or two. It's usually sushi or tapas, or just drinks for the first couple nights out.
