Rendezvous in Memphis, best damn dry rub ribs I have ever had in my life, they fall off the bone and practically dissolve in your mouth with all their smoky pork goodness. It's on a little back alley between the Peabody and Beale street and looks like a craphole, but the line was nearly wrapped around the block to get in at 3 in the afternoon.[Edited on August 4, 2008 at 8:13 AM. Reason : dear lord baby jesus i'm addicted]

They have a flying saucer on second avenue there too, and I can't remember the name of the bar across from the hard rock cafe, but they have hurricanes that will knock you on your ass

Best ribs I've ever had were in a podunk town in West Virginia. Amazing sauce and super tender. I wish I could find that place again

what's with Memphis and New Orleans and hurricanes (the drink not the natural disaster) it's like the official booze mixture.
