Okay, so I have been watching my sisters apartment while she is on vacation. Her complex is close to an Adult School of the Blind and there are like 75 blind people in the complex. One of them appears to be very voyeuristic....

Yesterday afternoon, I walked by this woman's ground-floor apartment on the way to my sister's and the blinds to her bedroom were wide open. I was like 5 feet from her window (on the sidewalk) and glanced over. She was sitting on her bed with headphones on, facing a computer, and was topless. She cupped her boobs for like 5 seconds (they were very nice) and she was playing with them, then she put her top on. I was like holy shit! and realized she was probably giving a little web cam show. Later that night, I walked by her window again-the blinds were wide open and the light was on. She was laying on her bed with her top off and panties on, dead asleep. I stared for like 5 seconds (Yes, I'm a perv) and walked on.

I just got back from my sister's apartment and walked by the window again. This time she was walking around the room stark naked with a towel on her head she "looked" right at me, then turned around.

I told some people at work and they didn't believe me without pics. I bet one of them $100.00 that I could get a pic by the end of the week and it's on, as long as it's legal for me to snap one....

So my question is, is it legal? I really don't want to get caught of course but I'd love to prove them wrong and make some cash. I have to go back to my sister's all week, so I'll have plenty of time to get a pic. I'd also post it here of course, but I don't know if she has a reasonable exception of privacy if her blinds are fully open and I'm not really peeping.

BTW, she HAS to know the blinds are open, it's been like 100 every day for the past few.

Take a picture of that siding on the apartment wall that you just have to get for your own home (it looks so nice). If a pair of boobies happen to be caught in the picture (idk.. someone in their apartment walking around naked with the blinds open..) it certainly isn't your fault.

You might be able to "sell" the picture later because you so damn well caught the artistic aspect of the vinyl siding.
