sprint PCS network is OK. Sprint customer service,on the other hand, sucks ass.

i got a direct 800 number to sprint customer service where you are guaranteed to speak to an American. I have paypal if anyone would like it.

i got it after i called for the 3rd time with the same issue and got someone in the Phillipeans (sp). I asked the lady to connect me to someone in America and she said she couldn't. So I told her i wanted to disconnect services immediately. Of course, the disconnect number goes to an American. The American that answered handled all my problems, then gave me the direct 800 number to the American call center so I wouldn't have to deal with people that can barely speak the language again.

All I know is that I consistently drop calls from my home in the middle of wilmington.
Sprint said it was my problem because of where I live.
2.5 months left on the contract. then I am right back with verizon.

no wireless company will guarantee service inside of a building, regardless of where said building is located. too many variables involved

sprint doesn't work for me at work or at home. Maybe 1 bar, that's it. Always miss calls and get an alarm 3 hours later that I have a voice message... Yet AT&T, Verizon and Alltel all work at both locations just fine.
