First step.. cut out all liquids other than water from your diet, I still havent managed to completely do it, but totally removing soda was a good step.

Eat tuna. High in protein. Low in fat. Tis a super food. I usually have a can of tuna and some vegetables for lunch. Seems to be working pretty well so far. And stop drinking. All those liquid calories are bad, mmk?Snacks - ****AlmondsPeanut butter (sparingly)Fresh fruit

fuck that keep drinking. I drink all the time and still have a 6 pack. But no you can drink milk and OJ you don't have to cut out all the liquids. Also if you want a 6 pack just do alot of cardio. I like to do burpees for cardio with about a 70 lbs clean and press mixed in with it.

Dear NC86,We're all glad that you decided on a whim this morning that you were going to get in shape. I think you'll find that a lot of people do the same thing and quite a few threads have been created regarding dieting, healthy recipes, working out, and other fitness related topics. I'd like to bring your attention to a feature of this site that you may not have been aware. It's called the search tool. Thanks to this wonderful tool you can see earlier threads by people on a similar whim. We hope you enjoy this fantastic feature. message_search.aspx?section=9Sincerely,The Management.
stop eating carbsdon't worry about anything else (calories, cardio, fat) - there's only one thing you have to do to get your long-term fat metabolism operating properly and stay lean

If you didnt know, there are websites that can calculate eveything you need in a balanced healthy diet. You can just enter in what you eat each day and itll give you guidelines. I think fitday.com is one of them. Plus you gotta add excercise to get any results

When you go to the grocery store, don't buy any kind of deserts or unhealthy snacks like chips. You'll be amazed how easy it is to eat better if you don't have anything around to eat that is bad for you.
