African Americans are 3X as likely to drown, and not because if what you think either (by the hands of whites like yourself), but because so many don't know how to swim - less access to pools, and just no desire to learn.

Articles like this aren't even enough.

There should even be a TV campaign getting blacks into pools and Cullen Jones' gold medal should be the engine of that campaign.
