like these guys, where you tuck it in but then pull it out a little so it hangs over the top of the pantsor like this, where it's tucked in all the way and kinda tight
4/9/2009 12:56:10 PM
fatty much?
4/9/2009 12:56:52 PM
depends on the cut of the shirt
4/9/2009 12:57:08 PM
I tuck it in, and ball it up in the front so that my junk looks VERY AGGRESSIVE AND HUGE
4/9/2009 12:59:57 PM
i tuck it in only in the front so my belt buckle shows and let the rest flow out
4/9/2009 1:00:18 PM
#2
4/9/2009 1:02:09 PM
even if you tuck it in tight, the first time you bend over or reach your arms above your head it will be loose like tuck condition 1
4/9/2009 1:02:14 PM
tuck it in tight, then as time progresses,it reaches that 'just right' point.ya heard
4/9/2009 1:03:18 PM
then it continually gets worse until 'muffin top status' has been achieved, at which point it is clearly time for a retuck.
4/9/2009 1:15:17 PM
whichever version involves tucking, and then retucking about half my shift later(usually after using the bathroom)
4/9/2009 1:17:40 PM
Like the picture of the guy in the green shirt.
4/9/2009 1:18:50 PM
On my mini laptop, the "t" in the thread title looked a lot like an "f."I was disappointed when I clicked.
4/9/2009 1:19:54 PM
I put heavy weights at various points of my shirt tails -- front, middle, rear.so i never get muffin-top syndrome.
4/9/2009 1:22:40 PM
4/9/2009 1:25:10 PM
4/9/2009 1:26:43 PM
like #2#3 and #4 can actually look good, but only if you have the physique of the guys in #3 and #4 (narrow, thin, long torso)
4/9/2009 1:27:56 PM
4/9/2009 1:30:16 PM
eh....some people around this joint still rock ties like it's 1990 so who knows?
4/9/2009 1:32:14 PM
I can say I don't own any "trendy" thin ties.
4/9/2009 1:34:11 PM
Like #3 and #4 mostly. I have a thin build and very small waist....that and most of shirts are pretty slim. Use to do it like #1 and #2 when I was in high school and college.
4/9/2009 1:35:36 PM
im a #4 guy
4/9/2009 1:35:50 PM
like this
4/9/2009 1:38:44 PM
If only you wore jorts
4/9/2009 1:39:26 PM
WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THE BRAIDED BELT AND WHITE SNEAKS, SON
4/9/2009 1:48:22 PM
4/9/2009 1:53:50 PM
Like the guy in the green shirt. Other loose styles are way too loose and looks stupid, and the super tuck is kinda ~ looking.
4/9/2009 1:54:34 PM
1st pic. the tuck and tug
4/9/2009 1:55:47 PM
Very Tightly I can't stand when my under shirt comes untucked underneath my dress shirt and gets all jumbled upIts like the shirt equivalent of boxers riding up your thigh
4/9/2009 1:57:28 PM
iused these in ROTC, my shirt always stayed tucked and i used thses for 3 years [Edited on April 9, 2009 at 2:04 PM. Reason : there we go]
4/9/2009 1:58:42 PM
mostly like #1, but it really depends on the cut of the shirt. Basic oxfords and dress shirts go well with #1. slim cut shirts like you'd find at express look good #2...if you have the physique.
4/9/2009 2:06:17 PM
frat tuck....durrr
4/9/2009 2:14:41 PM
depends on the shirt, but generally I prefer #3 and #4 style tucking
4/9/2009 2:23:03 PM
^^^^ I need to buy more of those. Mine broke and they really, really help maintain a neat tuck[Edited on April 9, 2009 at 2:27 PM. Reason : 2 people posted in the time it took me to read this, which wasn't long]

4/9/2009 2:39:12 PM
by #2 i meant the tight shit
4/9/2009 2:52:25 PM
this is an important question
12/17/2009 12:21:14 AM
I tuck it in and then stretch my arms up and lean back, i figure its going to end up where that puts it eventually anyway, so why not do it.
12/17/2009 12:23:51 AM
I never realized that most guys tuck their undershirts into their underwear, then tuck in the button up/polo into their pants (but outside of the underwear). I always tucked both in outside the underwear. Tried this other way and it definitely kept that damn annoying occurrence of having your undershirt come untucked from occurring but your over shirt is still tucked in from happening, but it didnt feel comfortable.[Edited on December 17, 2009 at 12:28 AM. Reason : d]
12/17/2009 12:27:35 AM
i do not like for guys to tuck their shirts in tightly like #3i don't think it works for most, whether thick or thin
12/17/2009 12:32:12 AM
All 3 of the choices are different scenarios. There really isn't a correct answer based on those choices. It really depends a lot on the shirt, the fit of the shirt, what else you are wearing, etc...I usually tuck in tight and fit, then raise my arms up above my head to create a little wiggle room then go about my business, repeating this process a few times out of the day when I go to the bathroom and or feel the need to adjust. I rarely tuck in tight and roll with it.
12/17/2009 12:32:30 AM
pay attention in movies... all the fuckers do it
12/17/2009 12:39:00 AM
i tuck it close and still put a military tuck in on the sides or back as well. my shirts are always way too big around the middle because of my shoulder size, and i'm not about to start paying bank for custom tailored shirts
12/17/2009 12:46:01 AM
^ same here... I have to wear a fucking 52 sports coat
12/17/2009 12:49:25 AM
I'm fat so #1 all the way
12/17/2009 1:31:42 AM
I use shirt stays. Clip one end to myshirt bottom, then clip the other endto my socks. It keeps everything inperfect harmony[Edited on December 17, 2009 at 1:38 AM. Reason : I forgot that I posted in this thread, but I did re-acquire stays]
12/17/2009 1:36:44 AM
12/17/2009 2:29:14 AM
I didnt either... but seen it a lot in movies, and on shows where dudes are getting made over and shit. It definitely works, but it feel really constricting
