ntlbBlender Mayo:-----------------1 egg (or 2 yolks)2 T. "acid" (vinegar, lemon juice, etc.)1/2 tsp. saltoptional: 1/2 tsp. spice (dry mustard, white pepper, cayenne, etc,)1 1/3 cup light olive oil (or a mixture of vegetable oil & extra virgin olive oil)Mix egg, acid, salt, and optional spice in a blender. While the blender is running, slowly add the oil to the egg mixture, a few drops at a time. Continue to add the oil VERY slowly, taking about 3 or 4 minutes to add all of the oil.

Look merbig you live in NC. Around these parts you're not a man if you don't use mayo as a condiment for ALL PROTEINS and are willing to use ONLY THE FINEST DUKES STUFF MAN.Don't tell me you don't like mayo.

i actually don't really like mayo either - i don't put it on normal sandwichesbut for baking or egg/chicken/etc salad i use it - and ya gotta use dukes!

I will ONLY use Mayo for tuna.I can't stand it on anything else.
