All that shite really varies from person to person...how you handle carbs vs. fat vs. protein.Carbs are the easiest to metabolize, but they are also the easiest for your body to convert to fat stores.The best thing I usually go by is make sure that your net caloric intake doesn't exceed your net burned on a regular basis, and remember that an excess of empty calories ain't doing shit for you except provide raw fuel with little to no nutrient value.Potato chips in any form fall into the empty calories category. But, if you can eat what you want, then fuck it. Remember the whole trans fatty acid shit though, and remember that hydrogenated soy oil (the vast majority of vegetable oils and shortenings) is pretty bad in that dept.
