The extra one for the 1/18 stat isn't always fully formed. I have one but it just looks like a bruise. And I guess technically I have a fourth as well but you can baaaaarely see it.

I have 4, the extra two look like odd moles but are nipples. The MD also said having extra nipples raises the likely hood of breast cancer in males.
