about 205.....My "running weight" in 12th grade through Jr. year was 142. When I quit running, I got up to 180 almost immediately (like, within a couple months), then gradually climbed to 200-205. I've gone back as low as 175 for my wedding a few years ago, then back up to close to 200, and now back around 185. Would like to get back into 170s or 160s.

165, I gained my freshman 15 right after graduating and getting a job. And half my day was actually moving around in the machine shop or warehouse. Back down to 155 right now with sporadic running/weights and watching the diet.

cut down on wendys and taco bell I have an eating disorder called stuff-face. I'm trying to kick the habit.I am proud to say i've stopped drinking soda almost completely. I might have a diet coke 1-2/month but thats it. I miss the caffeine but glad i'm not dependant on that stuff anymore. stickin to water!and I've been at 200 before, got there January 07 by running 3mi 3-4x/week. My body just naturally started losing weight and my stomach shrunk to the point I wasn't as hungry all the time and couldn't eat as much as I used to. I really didn't have to diet at all.but then i got a hot gf and stopped exercising and popped back up to 235 adn she dumped me and now i'm trying to get back down so i can get another hot gf. You need an active gf who exercises w/you. Oddly, I lose weight when I'm in a happy relationship, perhaps because good relationships help you relieve stress, and excess stress promotes weight gain. Though my last bf used to complain about my body bc I lost 25 lbs while we were dating and he likes thicker women. All people are superficial. That said, find a chick at the gym or umstead or something.

that's a good idea.....ex was pretty active and we would go together but she was bossy and annoying, like telling me im not doin shit right and getting mad and stuff. Made me not want to go w/her.isn't it kinda creepy to approach a girl at the gym tho? I feel to shy to say anything to girls at a gym

my worst shape was when i was young, i was morbidly obese.....8th grade i was 5'5" and 235......more than what i weigh now, lolI keep a picture of myself from back then to remind me of what i used to be and not to let it happen again. I've dated 3 guys I met at the gym, one seriously. Some girls are annoyed by it, but I like guys that I meet at the gym bc I need to date someone who has a similar approach to health and wellness. It's a priority for me.Are you still on match? If so, it's easy to be more scrutinizing and find active chicks. The photo gallery is usually very telling about their activity level.

I went from 270 to 200 in about 6 months. A year later I went back to about 220. At Christmas that year, my grand dad said, "I'm glad you gained that weight back son...for a little while I thought you had aids."
