Well, for the last couple of weeks I've been driving like a granny/hypermiling/burning questionable hydrocarbons in my gas tank because we've been so broke.

This morning, I let the horses run. I love to drive spiritedly, with fluid matched-rev heel/toe downshifts, runs up to redline, and blowing through turns fast enough to make the tires howl. It always feels so good to me. 110 on the highway, 50 mph through a 90-degree right turn, etc. Adrenaline is the BEST. DRUG. EVER.

I got up and played an hour of squash at the gym from 630-730AM. I can't stand getting up to run or exercise in the AM but will gladly spring out of bed to hit the squash court. It has ensured a fantastic tone for the rest of my day no matter what else happens.

I went bowling yesterday. i really enjoy it alot. Yesterday was kind of cool because between 1 and 4 they do the whole "black light bowling" thing and they played beach music. it was just me, my friend and a bunch of people over 6. I won 2 free games too.

I gave a funny speech at Toastmasters and new members told me that my speech inspired them to really commit their time to Toastmasters and become better speakers.

I really love giving speeches for Toastmasters. It makes me . But it's even more rewarding when other people enjoy the speech as well.

I would say a ice cold beer out on the porch in the heat, but ice cold beer always tastes best after some hard dirty work in heat.

Or even that first hot cup of coffee with just the right amount of sugar to take the edge off the bitter and just enough milk in it to keep from burning your mouth yet gives you that almost too hot feeling.

But I'm going to go with first jumping in the pool after a long hot hard day of work, pushing off underwater and feeling the delicious cool nip of the water sluice over my body as I glide, quickly followed by the slightly ticklish sensation deep in my shoulders as I begin to power through the water with the first few strokes.
