we just need a kid on campus with a tv tuner card and we're set. They've got WAY more bandwidth than necessary for our pirate signal.

You can't stop the signal.

I'll try to have everything I can streaming to the server for the games. Server is good for 100 listeners at 128kpbs MP3. BW cap is 2 TB/mo. so that won't be a problem. If I had a small passively cooled server, I'd have something streaming all the time.

Better hardware and better base upload capability would be able to stream video, but I know that's outside what I can do from here. Someone a few hops away on campus might be able to pull off a full TV stream though.
