-I maintain a very exclusive connections list, and I try to keep it under 50 people. If you're not on it, or if I removed you, don't take it personally.

-I don't understand why people have over 500 friends on Facebook.com.

-If your profile picture is a photo of you and your spouse, or, worse, you and your spouse getting married, you're awful.

-If your profile pictures is a photo of your baby, you're awful.

-If you constantly tag your friends on those large diagrams of different personality types, you're awful.

some people actually have 500 friends. I think I'm close to that, and it's only people i consider real friends, not just people i met one time

I go through the Friends List once every couple of months and delete people that I haven't talked to or haven't talked to me over that time period.

Family Members such as Parents, Aunts and Uncles, and older Cousins get blocked from my photo albums.

Between friends, family and colleagues, it's easy to have more than 500 friends. My breakdown is around the following:

25 family members
200 current and former colleagues
100 high school friends
250 college/Raleigh friends
100 Orlando friends

Work and family people comprise 1/3 of my friends list, so it's kind of weird.

I have over 500 facebook friends and they are all people that I've known over the course of my life. I'm sorry if this is earth-shattering news, but it's true. That's what happens when you go to three different elementary schools, two different high schools, two different colleges, and are a people person.
