I've always gotten Bass Farm because it's what I know, but I tried Neese's today, and it was pretty fucking tasty.

NRR...Nahunta definitely has the best hands down. They've got an outlet at the Farmer's Market if you local folk don't want to drive clear to Pikeville to get it.

Between Neese's and Bass Farm...I've cooked assloads of both, and I'm going with Bass Farm. It's just better in my opinion.

Best link sausage i've ever had, though, has to go to the brand that BJ's carries Deluigis or something like that. It's some GOOD shit. And cheap as hell.

Bass Farm, for sure. Neese's ain't bad, but Bass is better.

This matters, because sausage balls are a holiday requirement.

I hope mom makes sausage balls too, because she always uses super cheap stuff. It's a hard battle convincing her that there are non-dessert recipes where the quality of the ingredients can make or break the recipe.
