I went to a call once where a guy was basically "snitchin" on the crackhead he let borrow his scooter, and said crackhead did not return it because he most likely traded it for crack. So the guy wanted to report it stolen. Meanwhile, his boy behind him was wearing a "stop snitchin" shirt. funny
