this isn't something i've done before, but this was pretty fucked up. it would suck if someone got hit and i later read about it and was like "oh yea that is the same dumbass i saw driving earlier today"

and yes. i think that if you destroy something like a street sign you CAN get a ticket. especially after running away. anyway it isn't really about the street sign its more about the fact that IF the dude is drunk or something, i don't want anyone to actually get hurt.
