was talking to ncwolfpack and apparently its not fully accredited so that would be a no.

there was one twwer that i knew personally that believed that NCSU's serving mashed potatoes was part of a baldfaced right wing plot to destroy our minds so we might believe in Jesus

I always thought the soy dogs at Fountain were the exact same as the real hot dogs. They just called them soy dogs to save money.

You take classes at Meredith, they have an accredited program. We have one of the best food science programs in the country and while Nutrition is still a new program at State, it should be accredited pretty soon. Also, if you are going to grad school, which you pretty much have to for any job related to nutrition other than lunch lady, you don't really need to worry about accreditation.
