It bothers me when people chew so daintily they look like they're barely eating and who also play with their food - but almost in a good mannered type of way (that's the only way I can describe it... My sister does it ALL THE TIME)

I, too, have this problem. It all stemmed from an article I read about that particular question having no meaning anymore, and questioning whether or not people actually cared how others were doing. I decided I did care and most others do too but some do not and they are rude when they ignore such a question. It throws me off balance for a second.
