small sidebar, I was driving around running errands yesterday, and in 3 separate instances, a college-aged white boy pulled up beside me BLASTING either Ludacris, Jay Z, and something I couldn't detect. I do know it was shit, however. I mean, this one kid was white-bread as a MOTHERFUCKER, and was slumped down in his seat hard as shit, playing some of the foulest sounding shit known to man for anyone within a mile radius.

its not bad. i like it for about 3 listens and then i feel like it'd get lost in my ipod a la NYGz/Kids in the Hall/Cool Kids or something like that. it'd come up on shuffle every once in a while and i'd listen the whole way through, but i doubt i would seek it out in my catalog on a regular basis

Mos def's new album is terrible. It's the rap equivalent to reading pride and prejudice. There's tons of meat to it, you can tell a lot of effort went in and people will SAY how great it is, but who the fuck actually reads pride and prejudice for fun?
