someone from my school had on their facebook message the other day that everyone NEEDED to get the flu shot because 15% of people that get the flu end up in the ICU and 7% of those people DIE (ok i made those numbers up, but still). AHHHHHHHHHHHH. he failed to mention that 100% of those people are like 95 years old.

flu vaccines in general. the particular strains get changed up every year. It's also a bitch to find the MLV nasal, which is the only one I'd consider. I want fewer adjuvants, so MLV only for non-lethal stuff.
