So as I understand it Brewer "bought" the video game from Bent, but never paid him for it. Bent got fed up and stole the bike, which I think belonged to Brewer's father. They reported the theft, so Brewer was then set on fire? I mean really...is the fact that he got turned in for stealing the bike the issue here? If so the "snitches get stitches" mentality has gone WAY too far. It's not worth murder, which (attempted) is what these kids, or at least Bent and Mendez will likely stand trial for.

bitch got drunk and drove to the beach w/ 2 friends of mine in the car. a cop tried to pull him for speeding & dwi, he decided to let them chase him instead. they plowed into a concrete power pole in pine knoll shores going 120mph. killed a very good friend of mine and severely injured the other guy.

dwayne had a couple of scrapes.

i hate him.

oh and before that he almost killed us in an intersection by doing a u turn at about 50mph in oncoming traffic.

the fire thing happened before all this.

Yeah, he was a real winner. You know when he got out of jail for killing that guy in the wreck he dressed up as a woman and tried to rob a bank? I don't think he was out for very long at all before he went right back.

for starters i can openly say that news stories like this do contribute to the racist views of people, however, this is typically refrained to those who are already predisposed to such thought. i.e. yourself

you already have racist tendencies, to which you allude in the post in question, and such events reinforce those because for some (and maybe this wasn't you) immediately assume its a black child (maybe a hispanic) who committed this crime without ever seeing the accused. There are other people who are predisposed to racist thoughts more than others who see this article and then see the black kid involved and allow it to justify their predisposition. At a minimum you fall into the latter category as evidenced from the posts above.

Really? Cause this is what I saw when i clicked on the article from the OP, you know, when i actually read it.



I didn't even see the hispanic kid at all and of the 3 images of the accused there is at least equal display of the white offenders as their is the black kid. you can blame your interpretation on the media, but the article involved makes as equal displaying of race, so it would seem you only saw what it was you wanted to see, which would go to support the claim of your predisposition.
