Yeah... bush's approach seems to be more of a "hell yeah, full-on chest bump time!", whereas military guy is taking the route of "let me just lean my upper body into the president's chest... but to make it look more like a chest bump, I'll try to keep my lower body away from him even though our knees are practically touching already"

Though what's probably going through his head is more along the lines of "holy shit is the president trying to chest bump me? Shit, I wasn't ready for that. I probably looked like a huge pussy just now."
