Meh..."keeping tabs" might just be something as simple as checking their facebook page every now and then. "Stalking" would be checking their facebook page daily (or many times a day).

I guess apply facebook to other aspects of life. "Keeping tabs" would be asking one of her friends how's she doing once in a while. "Stalking" would be asking different friends on a daily basis, "what's she up to? is she seeing anyone?...etc."

Keeping tabs is something only women do. I don't care what my exes are doing, I'm completely indifferent, like most men I know. Unless you are fucking crazy, and then all bets are off. I don't have any of my exes as facebook friends, except the ones that aren't butthurt over me still.

I don't think I've ever been stalked by an ex to my knowledge. I've been briefly harrowed by a couple girls who I flirted with then ignored, but thats all.

My last ex has a special place in my heart. After the break-up, I fully loathed her. I would have day-dreams about ways utterly ruin her. I facebook-stalked her every day for two months hoping to find severe trauma in her wall/status.

It was not healthy or manly. Luckily, I was able to find my balls again and un-friend her, cold-turkey.
