Well, it's all good. I don't have any unexplained scars, I've never been out of the country, and they found two kidneys. I don't know if they are normal sized or not...I don't know shit about kidneys.

My kidneys just ain't performing up to snuff. According to the nephrologist, they are only performing at about 50% of their ideal function. Something tells me I shouldn't have taken ibuprofen by the truckload way back in the day.

Yeah, that's right common son. Heavy use of OTC meds like tylenol and other shit can tax organs (Tylenol hates your liver, for example). Over time, or quickly in super doses, it can fuck you up son.

Actually, acetaminophen is the only pain med (other than narcotic) that I'm cleared to use. I cannot take any NSAIDs, though. That was a bitch.

True dat. Why I only take it when absolutely necessary. I never take pain relievers anymore.

^on the car...my step by step would be to ohm out the coolant temp sensor to make sure it's in range. Then check fuel pressure. If all that's good, then it could be the front oxygen sensor is nearing the end of its useful life or the injectors are seeping (last resort only).

50% isn't THAT bad. Now like 10% and I'd be probably shopping for a kidney on craigslist or doing dialysis or both.

One thing is to lower my blood pressure. The other is to lose weight. I really ought to quit smoking too.

But it's about the same as somebody who only has one kidney to begin with.
