Julian Bond, the head of the NAACP, spoke at the gay rights March on Washington a week or two ago, start listening at 3:49 & you can hear him talking about gay people working in the 1960's civil rights movement, and he talks about Bayard Rustin around 6:07, a gay who was the main organizer of the 1963 civil rights March on Washington who he marched with.
