i've had burned flimsy before and mine is always flimsy when I take it out then it gets hard in a few minutes

If you've burned it you're probably using a crappy pan.

If possible use a cast iron skillet or something heavy - keeps the heat even. And don't piss around with that see through cheap bacon. Thick cut, black label or something.

If you don't have any of these you can always bake it - works WAY better than most think. Put down a layer of wax paper, add bacon, profit.

I like my bacon firm enough to snap in half instead of bend, but soft enough to not crunch when you bite it.

Bacon MUST have a small amount of flop to it, UNLESS you are dealing with extra thick sliced bacon.

2 PEICEs 1:05 seconds
