where are they? most of them are those seasonal shops that are only open for a month or two, so they don't come up on a google search (at least, i didn't find them)...there are two big ones at southpoint, though

idk i could really care less, i was hoping someone else would chime in and get the ball rolling about how making your own costume is somehow better

I made my own costume and I think I am going to wear the corset that Sonia made me! I wore it once before as a vampire, I think it is time to wear it again as something different.

Spirit Halloween
Townridge Shopping Center on Glenwood. Its in the corner between Wal-Mart and Big Lots.
Sutton Square on Falls of Neuse.

Thats the only store outside of the mall in Raleigh that I know of. Theirs also Halloween Express in Durham across from Southpoint.
