can i carry an open, empty, cleaned and washed bottle of beer around with me on Hillsborough st tonight if it's part of my costume?

All signs point to "NO" but i figured it's worth asking.

How is it any different from taking empty bottles to a recycle center?



Or use a brown glass IBC bottle if you're worried.

yea i don't know, i mean it's really stupid if someone gets busted for carrying around an empty beer bottle but anything can happen these days i suppose.
