So- we I am planning a bachelor party for 15 and have been looking at penthouse suites/condos all day. Then I decide to look on homeaway.com and bump into one of this guy/company's postings. Eventually get to website- 9k sft place for $1400 a night? too good to be true?

googled scam with the company name, owner name, property name and only pulled up one complaint where the money was refunded before the trip was made (apparently rep sent wrong address with google earth view.)

Think this is legit? shit ton of others for similar money with different companies but don't want the old bait/switch and I just don't see how it can be that cheap.
