I thought it was just a little crowd. I'm not into shit that is so out of hand that cops have to protect the fuckbag trying to instigate everyone. I remember that one dude calling women whores and shit as they'd walk by him. That is aggravation and instigation IMO. If the cops allow that but then hold you back when you react to it, that is fucked up. I certainly hope they control the speaker as much as the crowd in such a situation.

^it's no big deal. They are letting the show go on. Their duty is to make sure no one gets punched (which won't happen) and to remove them at 3:01 pm when their time is up.
