REFLECTOR PEOPLE THAT I ENCOUNTER ON CENTENNIAL BLVD?

They all wear this reflective shit. Note that I cannot figure out what it is called and it's listed on websites under "reflective vests". This is called a "vest" on the website I got it from, but I don't think that's right:



They also all carry the same flashlights.

marine rotc it looks like. safety guards (or whatever they call them in the marines) wear these for road crossing duty. also, the entire corps/etc wears them when running on streets
