one of those in 1970s avocado green was my dad's car when he and mom started dating. They both still refer to it as the Green Vomit Comet.

my first car at age 16 was a worn out 74 Mercury Comet.

it was baby-puke yellow.

we called it the Yellow Vomet.

sometimes i just told people it was a Maverick.
