I think that face is supposed to be symbolic of CrazyJ and Joe promising to upkeep and nurture TWW, but quickly (and purposefully )turning their back on this site

he's this guy that used to post. if you made fun of him on TWW, he would find you around campus, sneak up behind you, and pull your pants down while you're were in the midst of a large crowd.
