I have never had my grits any form of sweet. It sounds yucky.
I like 'em salty.

I love cheese grits.

My favorite way to have grits is smothering just about any breakfast food.

^ I do that, too... it's even better when you add some of your left over egg and mix it with the grits then put it on toast

i don't really care for collards either. we always used "pot liquor" to refer to the cabbage broth.

i fucking love that stuff. break up some fried cornbread in it. mmm mmm bitch

I find that grits can be treated like a savory food, with cheese and/or gravy, or like a hot cereal, with stuff like brown sugar or maple syrup.

From reading NRR's posts on tww which mention his dietary habits, it seems like he is headed for deep trouble.

I daresay unhealthy home cooking is better for you than fast food, or even nicer restaurant meals. Not that that makes it *healthy*, but pick your poison well.

As far as grits go, love 'em, but I've never found the need to branch out from "butter, salt, & pepper", "cheese", and "shrimp and"

If I want something to eat at breakfast with milk, brown sugar, raisins and other sweet items, I'll have oatmeal. Which can be really good if you don't do the instant stuff.

Show me that smile again. (Show me that smile)
Don’t waste another minute on your cryin’.
We're nowhere near the end (nowhere near)
The best is ready to begin.

Oooohhh. As long as we got each other
We got the world spinnin right in our hands.
Baby you and me, we gotta be
The luckiest dreamers who never quit dreamin’.

As long as we keep on givin’
we can take anything that comes our way
Baby, rain or shine, all the time
We got each other Sharin’ the laughter and love.

Hell yeah!

Oh and I asked for clarification, apparently it was salty grits she put the raisins and milk in. That's double
