I mean, I'm not a 'regular' online user - 95% of my data is files being moved around, not browsing, but RR is 10x more reliable than Embarq (or CenturyLink) and almost always faster despite paying for the same speed. And the DSL router is a paperweight - it restarts 10-20 times/day. POS.
