KGB charges a pretty substantial fee for the answers--it's like .75-1.00 for the answer they give you, IF they give you one. They're actually really horrible, and their "training program" was a laugh. I worked for them briefly, but it wasn't worth my time.I worked for ChaCha first, and still do. The company itself is completely profession, and they actually put a lot of effort into getting quality "guides" to work for them, even if it's barely minimum wage they're working for. Their question and answer process is efficient, fast, and extremely reliable. The whole thing is free, but they'll use part of the answer text to insert a small ad--or that's the idea. They weren't doing it over the summer, because it was still in beta stages. I love the company, and I love their service, even though I don't even use it. Their advertisement is completely absent in our area though, whereas KGB has really stepped theirs up. Don't let that fool you though.Last I saw, ChaCha hasn't been hiring for a long time. I can get relatives and friends in on a written recommendation though. You get paid per question and by category (questions from certain categories of more restricted knowledge pay better, et cetera).

to access google from your phone:text your question to 466453 (GOOGLE).you should review google's formatting guidelines to make sure your question gets answered. if you are one of those idiots who can't be bothered to spell, and you type like you are gawking at someone in the hood, then don't waste your time.

hipster douchebags are always in need of garbage to spend their money on. KGB just fills that niche left by ringtones dial a joke and livestrong bracelets
11/25/2009 12:23:46 AM
got more records than the kgb
11/25/2009 12:24:24 AM
chacha won't ever answer my questionsif i was a douchebag hipster, i would definitely waste money asking kgb nonsensical things because it could tell me them for a nominal feeidk, people will pay for anything

From what I've heard, KGB is far superior to ChaCha on both sides of the dollar. The texters get good answers in good time (very high quality control) and the answerers can pick and choose the questions they want to answer, so they'll get shit they actually give a damn or know something about. That's just what I've heard though. Answering ChaCha questions is alright, but their quality control sucks and docks you points. They also started decreasing payout across the board. USING ChaCha is absolutely the worst; you get retarded answers, horrible customer service (when you have to clarify your question) and the number of ad-texts they send is ridiculous.

shit, I didn't even know there was more than one institution known as kgbI naturally thought this thread was about

Yeah, ChaCha is definitely terrible. Half the time I get answers to questions I didn't even ask that just contain similar keywords, and that is when I actually get to ask a question. It seems like there is about one question per month now...
11/25/2009 1:13:28 AM
It was 10 per week last time checked. And yea, some of the answers get shitty. That's why I never tell anyone to actually use the services. You get what you don't pay and do it yourself for.
11/25/2009 1:52:24 AM
Why the fuck would you ask your cellphone a question? That's like asking your dog how to cook a hotdog.
11/25/2009 1:58:39 AM
11/25/2009 2:01:34 AM
because my dog knows how to cook a fucking hotdog
11/25/2009 2:01:36 AM
Its less than 10 per week now, I've not been able to ask a question for the last month.
11/25/2009 2:30:07 AM
has anyone working for chacha ever been busted for finding an answer for a customer by calling chacha/kgb?
