the only reason I can see it being illegal is that I'm maybe not in a position/do not have the legal authority to determine age, even if said age is from an ID... I don't really know, but with these batshitcrazy religious right blue laws I can't be sure

some may have gotten warm, most have stayed on ice/in the fridge. age varies from week probably up to a month or so. it's a take all situation... and a free situation...

eh, not tonight. I'm about to hit the sack and don't feel like leaving/packing up all this beer.

it's nearly a mini-fridge (3.0 or 3.7cu ft) worth of beer

after some thought, I'm thinking it may be legal - at parties, any joe schmoe checks IDs (like at frat parties) and for many other p2p transactions (such as firearms) checking of ID is kosher.

exactly. giving it away for free is probably totally legal. but, i am not a lawyer, so who the fuck knows. Looking at the ABC laws, it seems the only thing they care about in your case would be if you were selling it.
