I made some chili but went overboard with the habanero How do you recommend I tone it down?

that is perfect! i love the taste of those hot peppers, but i can't handle the heat without loads of sour cream and/or cheese

I think the answer here is to make more chili, sans habanero. It'll be like watering down the chili; or maybe chili'ing down the chili or something.

Sadly I don't have enough meat to make more chili with Maybe I'll just make some pasta to go with it and it'll be like that dish they have at Mitch's.
