Well that link sucks but Mibs is at the top of page 3.
It seems like there is a stream and puddle inbetween his two hind legs but I don't know.

The eyes kind of freak me out too, my last dog had pupils so large I could see the back of her eyes which I liked more.

It looks like he's just wet, like he got a bath or something. Other dogs' pics show a wading pool in the pen there.
