so apparently someone with my same exact name, first middle and last, and within a year of my age, living in wake county, has a class I felony possession and prior misdemeanor paraphernalia charges. This is extremely unlikely as my last name is very uncommon.

Stolen ID? records mistake? Or did I just do some really good drugs back in '05?

just got off the phone with the DOC, turns out that in Wake county there is another David Craig Swan, white male, and exactly 6 months to the day younger than me. Only distinguishing factor besides the ages (which are quantitatively the same 6 months out of the year) was the SS number.
