we have ours at the end of january, and they rarely give raises here and when they do a "good raise" is between 3 and 4%.

this dramatically takes the pressure off of reviews, because its not like they have that much impact.

yeah, i go into my reviews with my write up of projects completed and get praised. if you do a good job there is no reason to be worried. from the first post it sounds like you havent been doing a good job
