Former press secretary thinks that 9/11 should be considered a full-blown declaration of military intent against our country, not just a terrorist attack--the terminology of which both undermines the scale of counter operations and seriousness of the preceding military action. The clip misleading pulls out of the larger segment a smaller segment in which she says "We have to come out and say there was no terrorist attacks"--which of course in the larger meaning of her argument was to say, rather, that they should be addressed by another term.

I.E. - Stupid interview, irrelevant discussion of semantics, zealous anti-FOX internet revs up the high school hate machine.
