Whatever it is, it's a fucking terrible name for a restaurant. First of all, it's embarrassing to say for both patrons and employees. Second, what kind of terrible fucking family member refers to an uncle as "Uncle Fatty"?

Anyway, it's owned by the people who own Flying Biscuit, which also sucks.
