i think it also would have benefited me had i known the conversion rate between aersol whipped cream and liquid milk

you know what, i just remembered i have some evaporated milk in the cupboard :/

I buy little milk boxes that don't have to be refrigerated just so I have some for times like this.

They look like juice boxes and are sold on the baking aisle at my local Giant! I guess they have them most places?

condensed , evaporated and powdered are the only milk variants i know about that dont need to be refridgerated

Yeah the super pasteurized aseptically packaged milk. That shit isn't very good for you but it does the trick in a tight spot.





I'd rather use something like soy milk or evaporated milk.

Yeah, I just use it in my once in a blue moon cooking projects when I've run out of milk. We drink soy milk and I don't like cooking with that.
