It'll make it taste better in combination with a lot of other things you won't do.

Vegetarians in good shape with enough money to support a diet of high-quality fruits and wheat germ might fair well, though.

Buy say goodbye to greasy foods, red meats, coffee, tea, and some other fruits (cranberry is actually going to make it more bitter, but pomegranate should help).
